Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the impact of the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) method on primary-level learners. The study employs a qualitative review of recent empirical research to identify the cognitive, linguistic, and motivational benefits of CLIL in early education. Findings show that CLIL enhances vocabulary acquisition, improves problem-solving skills, and increases overall engagement in the learning process. Additionally, CLIL promotes natural language exposure and fosters a positive attitude toward bilingualism. The article concludes that implementing CLIL at the primary level can significantly strengthen young learners’ linguistic competence and subject understanding.
